In a strategic move to reposition Engineering division, the board of Cakasa (Nigeria) Company limited in 2015 approved the incorporation of Cakasa Engineering Services Limited (CESL) from what was formerly a division of Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Limited then known as Engineering and Technical Services Division (ETSD).
